Scale Calibration – This error usually comes
up after the scale has completed its diagnostic countdown and indicates a
complete loss of both calibration and programming parameters. This error
might come up if:
- The main circuit board has
just been replaced, and has not been programmed yet.
- If the EPROM and/or the EEPROM
have been replaced, this would require reprogramming.
- The scale may have received a
surge or voltage spike, causing the processor circuitry to glitch and
lose program.
- If the EPROM, EEPROM, or Time and
Date RAM are defective.
Possible Solutions
Refer
to the Calibration section of the manual and run the calibration and
programming steps. If this does not correct the problem, contact the
Pennsylvania Scale Distributor you purchased your scale from for service.
