Dead Load Too High – This message indicates
the no load value for the scale is too high, or at least significantly
higher then it was when the scale was last calibrated.
Possible Solutions

If calibration weights are available, refer to the calibration
manual and run through the calibration steps in the 40’s.

If
you are unable to run a calibration, or the scale will not take the
calibration, contact your Pennsylvania Scale Distributor for service.
